My journey into health and wellness began in 2013, when I discovered the fascinating world of holistic technology. I was instantly drawn to how these advancements help people look, feel, and heal- all without relying on medicine. In 2020 I decided to take my passion further by earning certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and beyond. Since then, I've been dedicated to expanding my knowledge to offer treatments that not only offer real, lasting results but also support your overall well being.
Outside of my work, I’m a full-time single mother who finds joy in balancing life’s little adventures. Whether I’m hitting the gym, practicing Pilates, enjoying brunch with friends, getting lost in a book, or relaxing on the beach, I’m always seeking moments that inspire and recharge me.
